Exhibit A <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />VENDOR INFORMATION: Vicky Tafoya and The Big Beat <br />EVENT: Chicano Heritage Festival <br />SERVICE DATE(S): August 11th, 2024 <br />COMPENSATION DUE TO THE VENDOR: $4,500 <br />DESCRIPTION: <br />Vicky Tafoya and The Big Beat will provide: <br />• Music entertainment at the City's Chicano Heritage Festival event for 30-45 minutes <br />• Performance schedule to be determined at a later time, <br />Open Hours —Event will be held from 2:00pm — 7:00 pm <br />The Vendor will be paid the amount of compensation, a total of $4500, <br />within 14 days after the event date. <br />
