RESOLUTION NO. 61-37 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, <br />CALIFORNIA, AWARDING THE CONTRACT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN GOLDEN WEST AVENUE AND OTHER <br />STREETS (ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 204) IN SAID CITY, AS <br />DESCRIBED IN RESOLUTION OF INTENTION NO. 60-249 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City oz Santa Aha, California, <br /> <br />did on the 6th day of February 1961, publicly open, examine <br /> <br />and declare all sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and <br />improvement describe~ in Resolution of Intention No. 60-249, which <br />Resolution of Intention ia hereby expressly referred to for a descrip- <br />tion of said work an~ improvement, and for all particulars relative to <br />the proceedings under said Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA, DOES HEREBY <br /> RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Santa Aha <br />hereby rejects all of said proposals or bids except that ~rein mentioned, <br />and hereby awards the contract for doing said work and making said <br />improvements to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: <br /> <br /> R. J. Noble Company <br /> <br />at the prices named in the bid of said bidder on file in the Office <br />of the Clerk of the Council. <br /> <br /> SECTION 2.
