Approve an amendment to the FY 2024-25 Capital Improvement Program to <br />include $587,250 in construction funding approved in FY 2023-24 from the <br />Clean California Local Grants Program through the California Department of <br />Transportation. <br />2. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated construction delivery cost <br />of $587,250 which includes $435,000 for the construction contract, $65,250 for <br />contract administration, inspection, and testing, and a $87,000 project <br />contingency for unanticipated or unforeseen work. <br />3.
