RECITALS A. The Parties entered into Agreement No. A-93-012, dated February 16, 1993, by which the Parties agreed to undertake maintenance and operational responsibilities for certain traffic signal and intersection lighting locations in areas partially under their respective jurisdictions ("Agreement'), as specifically described in Exhibit A to the Agreement. B. Under the Agreement, the parties are to share the maintenance and operational costs based on the proportional number of approach lanes under their jurisdiction at each location. C. Section X of the Agreement provides that Exhibit A may be amended as required for future traffic signals and highway lighting installations upon the mutual consent of the City Managers of each party. D. The Agreement remains in effect, and the parties now wish to amend Exhibit A in accordance with Section X of the Agreement. The Parties therefore agree: 1. Exhibit A is amended and replaced in its entirety by Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein, which shall fully supersede the original Exhibit A. Except as modified by this First Amendment, all terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
