BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That March 20, 1961, at the hour of 7:30 P.M., in the Council Chambers, City Hall, Third and Main Streets, Santa Ana, California, is hereby fixed as the time and place for hearing all persons interested in or objecting to said proposed street vacation. The City Council declares its intention to proceed with the street vacation under the provisions of the Street Vacation Act of 1941 (Sections 8300 through 8374 of the California Streets and High- ways Code). The Clerk of the Council is ordered to publish this Resolution in the manner prescribed by law for the publication of Ordinances of the City, and the Director of Public Works is ordered to post notices of street vacation conspicuously along the line of said street, stating the passage of this Resolution of Intention to Vacate, and the time and place of hearing thereof. Said notices shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart and at least three shall be so posted. Both publication and posting shall be completed at least 10 days before the date of said hearing.
