RESOLUTION NO. 61-54 OVERRULING THE ZONING ADMIN- <br />ISTRATOR AND THE PLANNING COMi~ISSION AND GRANTING <br />VARIANCE APPLICATION NO. 1439 FILED BY LOUCIUS P. <br />HUNTER <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator, after public hearing on <br /> <br /> notice, denied Variance Application No. 1439 filed by Loucius P. <br />'Hunter; and <br /> <br /> WHERF~S, the Planning Commission affirmed the denial of the <br />Variance Application by the Zoning Administrator; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 12 was duly filed by the <br />applicant requesting a hearing on said Variance Application No. <br />before the City Council; and <br /> <br />1439 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notiQe, <br />has decided that the Zoning Administrator and the Planning Commis- <br />sion should he overruled and that said Variance should be granted <br /> <br />upon certain conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />grants a Variance on Application No. 1439 to permit the property <br />located at 1510 West Seventh Street in the City of Santa Aha, lying <br />in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lot 38 of Tract No. 501 of the Chandlers Addition to <br /> the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />in an R-1 District to be used for the construction of second single <br />family dwelling on the lot. Said Variance is granted subject to <br />conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the owner pave between the curb and the existing <br /> edge of the pavement that portion of Seventh Street <br /> upon which the lot fronts. <br /> <br /> 2. That the owner close the unused portion of the existing <br /> driveway. <br /> <br /> 3. That all engineering for the above improvements be done <br /> by the owner's engineer and submitted to the Department <br /> of Public Works for approval. <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
