RESOLUTION NO. 61-57 OVERRULING THE ZONING <br />ADMINISTRATOR AND GRANTING VARIANCE APPLI- <br />CATION NO, 1448 FILED BY JEFF D. ALDRIDGE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Zoning Administrator, after public hearing on <br />notice, denied Variance Application No. 1448 filed by Jeff D. <br />Aldridge; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made no affirmation or <br />recommendation concerning said Variance Application; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Appeal Application No. 14 was duly filed by the <br />applicant requesting a hearing on said Variance Application No. <br />before the City Council; and <br /> <br />1448 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council, after public hearing on notice, <br />has decided that the Zoning Administrator should be overruled and <br />that said Variance should be granted upon certain conditions. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />grants a Variance on Application No. 1448 to permit property located <br />at 1066 and 1070 West Fifth Street in the City of Santa Aha, lying <br />in the County of Orange, State of California, described as: <br /> <br /> Lots 2 and 3 in Block A of Shelton &.Deu~'s'addition <br /> to the Town of Santa Ana, in the City of Santa Aha, <br /> County of Orange, State of California, as per map <br /> thereof recorded in Book 18, Page 15, Miscellaneous <br /> Maps and records of Los Angeles County, California, <br /> <br />in a C-1 District to be used for the construction of masonry building <br />99 feet, 4 inches by 24 feet, with an office 12 feet by 14 feet across <br />the rear of the buildi~ngfor aUt~mottve'repai~ u~l ~a~aVa~i&~ce is <br />granted subject to conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the building be constructed no closer than ten feet <br /> from the rear yard lot line. <br /> <br /> 2. That off-street parking facilities be revised in such a <br /> manner as to obtain the approval of the Planning <br /> Department, but that tandem parking of the cars shall <br /> be permitted. <br /> <br /> 3. That the owner replace 60 lineal feet of broken sidewalk. <br /> <br /> 4.
