RESOLUTION NO. 61-58 CORRECTING RESOLUTION NO. 61-27 <br />TO CHANGE BACK TO DYER ROAD THE ROAD EAST OF MAIN <br />STREET THAT WAs HERETOFORE NAMW.~ TALBERT AVENUE <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore, the City Council adopted Resolution No. <br />61-27 changing the names of three streets within the City of Santa <br />Aha, including changing "Talbert Avenue-Dyer Road to Talbert Avenue"; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said two streets are not in exact alignment and at <br />present no physical connection exists between them and it has been <br />determined that confusion may result frc~n such name designation. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 61-27 is <br />hereby corrected to strike therefrom the first name change designation, <br />to-wit: "Talbert Avenue-Dyer Road to Talbert Avenue", and to rename <br />that portion thereof heretofore known as Dyer Road which runs Easterly <br />from South Main Street to "Dyer Road", which name shall continue until <br />a connecting street link has been completed. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa <br />Ana at its regular meeting held on the 6th day of March, 1961. <br /> <br />ATTEST: . . <br /> <br />~.~RK-OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFOP~IA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CI~l~ OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Aha; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting held <br />on the 6th day of March, 1961, and was at said meeting regularly passed <br />and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br /> RoyalE.
