RESOLUTION NO. 61-61 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br /> CITY OF SANTA ANA (GA,q TAX - per Dir.Pub.Wks <br /> <br /> APPROVING MASTER AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF ~ <br /> <br />FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a proposed agreement with the State Department <br /> <br />of Public Works, Division of Highways, for the budgeting and <br /> <br />expenditure of funds allocated from the State highway fund <br /> <br />to cities has been presented to the city council for con- <br /> <br />sideration; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement <br /> <br />and is familiar with the contents thereof; <br /> <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City <br /> <br />of Santa Ana <br /> <br />that said agreement be and <br /> <br />the same is hereby approved and the mayor and the city clerk <br /> <br />are directed to sign the same on behalf of said City, said <br /> <br />agreement to be binding upon the City upon its execution by <br /> <br />the authorized officials of the State. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this 6th day of March , 1961. <br /> <br /> I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly passed by the city council of the City of Santa Ana <br />at a regular meeting thereof held March 6, 1961. <br /> <br /> Clerk of the' Council of the City of Santa Aha <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br />SS <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of <br />the Council of the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution <br />was regularly introduced to said Council at its regular meeting <br />held on the 6th day of March, 1961, and was at said meeting regu- <br />larly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, <br /> <br />COUNCILMEN: Royal E.
