THE CONDITION OF THIS OBLIGATION IS SUCH: That if the certain Bid of the above -bounded Principal submitted for the following project: Office Furnishings for the City of Santa Ana Development Services Center is accepted by the Griffin Realty SA, Inc. through action of its legally constituted contracting authorities and if the above -bounded Principal, its heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns shall duly enter into and execute a contract for such furnishings and shall execute and deliver the required Faithful Performance Bond, Payment Bond, Insurance Certificates, Schedule of Values and other required documents within fifteen (15) days after the date of notification by and from the Griffin Realty SA, Inc. that said contract is ready for execution, then this obligation shall become null and void; otherwise, it shall be and remain in full force and virtue. IN ADDITION, said Surety hereby waives the provisions of Section 2819 and 2845, as amended, of the Civil Code of the State of California.
