TERM OF CONTRACT This Contract shall be in effect for a term of 3 years (36 months) from the <br />date of the Contract. <br />4. PRICING The pricing for the Contract shall be divided into two 18 month periods. During the first 18 <br />month period there shall be no price increase by the Contractor of the manufacturer's published price <br />list as of the date of the contract. The Contractor shall be entitled to a price adjustment at any time <br />after the first 18 month period based on the manufacturer's published price list in effect as of that date <br />and shall be fixed for the remaining duration of the 18 month period. The discounts off the list price <br />shall remain fixed for the entire term of the Contract. <br />5. CASH DISCOUNT. Bidder must state cash discount offered. Terms less than 2% net 10 days will not <br />be considered in making award. —0— % net 30 days. Discount will be taken <br />on the full amount of invoice, unless itemized and specifically disallowed. <br />6. LEASE OPTION. PURCHASER will consider leasing as an option in procuring furnishings for this project. <br />Leasing terms and rates shall be submitted by each bidder as an attachment, on the on the lessor's original <br />letterhead and proposal. Terms and rates shall be based on the submitted bid total, including delivery and <br />installation fees. Lease options shall state 5-year, 7-year, and 10 years terms, each with a dollar buy-out upon <br />the expiration of the lease.
