These new <br />salary steps will be developed and shown as <br />Salary Schedule No. FMA Group A--2. <br />3. Effective July 1, 2003, the salary steps in the <br />monthly pay ranges assigned to classes included <br />in Fire Management Group A shall be increased by <br />the same amount (percent) as that received by <br />the Firemen's Benevolent Association for the <br />period July 1, 2003 through June 30, 2004. These <br />new salary steps will be developed and shown as <br />Salary Schedule No. FMA Group A-3. <br />B. Fire Management Group B Classes. <br />1. Equity Adjustment: Effective July 1, 2001, the <br />base salary rate assigned to the class of Fire <br />Communications Manager shall be increased by <br />fifteen (15) salary rate ranges [approximately <br />seven and one-half percent (7.5a)] to monthly <br />five (5) step salary rate range no. M655 ($5101 <br />(min) - $6200 (max) per month) . <br />2. Effective July 1, 2001, the salary rates assigned <br />to classes included in Fire Management Group B <br />shall be increased by the same amount (percent) <br />as that received by the Firemen's Benevolent <br />Association, which is ten (10) salary rate ranges <br />[approximately five percent (5 0) ] . Specifically, <br />the salary level for Fire Battalion Chief will be <br />increased to monthly five (5) step salary rate <br />range no. M712 ($6735 (min) - $8189 (max) per <br />month). The salary level for Fire Communications <br />Manager will be increased to monthly five (5) <br />step salary rate no. M665 ($5356 (min) - $6510 <br />(max) per month) [Note: this provision <br />supersedes any previously approved increases <br />scheduled to be effective July 1, 2001.1 <br />3. Effective July 1, 2002, the salary rates assigned <br />to classes included in Fire Management Group B <br />shall be increased by the same amount (percent or <br />number of salary rate ranges) as that received by <br />the Firemen's Benevolent Association for the <br />period July 1, 2002 through June 30, 2003. <br />4. Effective July 1, 2003, the salary rates assigned <br />to classes included in Fire Management Group B <br />shall be increased by the same amount (percent) <br />(number of salary rate ranges) as that received <br />by the Firemen's Benevolent Association for the <br />LZ <br />
