RESOLUTION NO. 61-72 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JITSUGO MOTOYAMA and TAEAYO MOTOYAMA have presented <br />to the city a deed d~ted March 11, 1961, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the West side of King Street, South of Ninth <br />Street, in consideration of the payment of $1,092.00. Said trans- <br />action is to be handled through Escrow No. 45977-F with Security <br />Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
