61-73 <br />RESOLUTION NO, ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, BRISTOl.. D.EVELO~.ME. NT CO., a California corporation, <br />has presented to the City a deed dated February 28, 1961, conveying <br />two easements for street purposes, one of said easements being <br />located on the East side of Bristol Street, North of Seventeenth <br />Street, the other easement being located on the North side of <br />Seventeenth Street, East of Bristol Street, and also conveying all <br />vehicular access rights to Bristol Street and to Seventeenth Street <br />from the re~aining land of said Grantor, excepting those vehicular <br />access rights from said lands to Bristol Street reserved in said <br />deed; and <br /> <br />presented to the City a deed dated February 1, 1961, conveying all <br />vehicular access rights over and across certain real property on <br />the South side of Delhi Road, East of Bristol Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS~ F1~2 ELECTRIC RAILWAY COMPANY, a~California cor- <br /> <br />poration, has presented to the City an Indenture dated March 2, 1961, <br />granting to the City the right to construct, reconstruct, maintain /~/7 <br />and operate a 10-inch vitrified clay sewer pipe line upon and across <br />certain real property located at Susan Street, North of Talbert <br /> <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
