295 <br /> <br />seconded by Jerome and carried, the City Attorney was instructedto <br />prepare an Ordinance establishing a sixty-foot ~S back line from the <br /> <br />In Re <br />Tentative Ma <br />Tract No. 13~1 <br /> <br />In Re <br />Original Tentative <br />Map of Tract No. 1676 <br />disapproved <br /> <br />south line of lOth Street, as set forth by the Planning Commission. <br />. <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending <br />approval of Tentative Map of Tract No. 13~1, submitted by Sunshine <br />~ardens Homes, covering land between Hawley and English Streets and <br />extending north from West 5th Street approximately 600 feet. On <br />motion of Trustee Ds/al, seconded by Hunter and carried, the recommend- <br />ation of the Planning Commission was ~accepted and Tentative Map of <br />Tract No. 1341 approved, subject to conditions as set forth by the <br /> <br />Planning Commission. <br /># <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission recommending that <br />the.origina! Tentative Map of Tract No. 1676, submitted by Paul B. <br />Wltmer, be disapproved covering land in both city and county territor <br />along extensions of Halladay and Hickory Street south of McFadden <br />Street as the Revised Tentative Map bearing the same number and cover <br />lng only a portion of the land shown om the original map, but all <br />within the City, was recently recommended by the Commission'and <br />approved by the Council. On motion of Trustee Hunter, seconded by. <br />Dahl and carried, the recommendation of the Planning Commission was <br />accepted and original Tentative Map of Tract No. 1676 disapproved to <br /> <br />In Ee ., <br />Communica~'ion <br />Plann. Commission <br />(Technician and <br />special consultant) <br /> <br />clear the records. <br /> <br />Communication was read from the Planning Commission requesting that <br />the Council furnish the Planning Commission with a technician to <br />handle routine work of the office, furnish a special consultant to <br />the technician and to advise 'the Commission. On motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Mcbride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the request was referred to <br /> <br />In Re <br />Reports <br /> <br />the Administrator for recommendation at a future meeting. <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mcbride, seconded by Jerome and carried, state- <br />ment of Dfehl and Company of Condition of Funds as of September 30, <br />1952, reports of the Building Department, Police Department and <br />Judge~s Office, for the month of November, 1952, were received, filed <br /> <br />In Re <br />Metro. Water <br />District <br /> (levying tax) <br /> <br />and referred to the Finance Committee. <br /> <br />Communication was read from Metropolitan Water District ~irecting <br />attention to amendment of Section 8.1 of the Metropolitan Water <br />District Act, and on motion of Trustee Jerome, seconde~ by HUnter and <br />carried, the Clerk was instructed to notify the Distric$ that the Cit <br />cf Santa Aha does not wish to pay out of municipal funds any portion <br /> <br />of the amount of taxes to be derived from the area of the:Metropolita <br /> <br />In Re <br />Joint Outfall <br />Sewer Minutes <br /> <br /> In Re <br />Request <br />Sully-Miller <br />Contracting Co. <br /> <br />Water District lying within the City. <br /># <br /> <br />On motion of Trustee Mcbride, seconded by Jerome and carried, the <br /> <br />Minutes of the Executive Committee of the Joint Outfall Sewer held <br /> <br />at Anaheim, November 6, 1952, were received and filed. ~ <br />. <br />On recommendation of the City Engineer and on motion of T~uatee <br /> <br />Dahl, seconded by Hunter and carried, the request of Bully-Miller <br />Contracting Company for an~extension of fifteen working daye~in which <br /> <br />to complete the street improvements on East Seventeenth Street, was <br /> <br />denied. <br /># <br /> <br /> <br />
