1 <br />1 THIRD: The Grantor, its successors and assigns shall <br />i <br />2 refrain from doing any of the following acts upon the subject <br />3 property: <br />i <br />4 1. Construct, place or maintain any buildings or <br />• 6 <br />5 structures except such buildings or structures referred to in e <br />0 <br />6 the reservations hereinafter made in paragraph FIVE. <br />4 <br />2. To do or cause to be done any act which will <br />8 materially change the general topography or the present form of <br />9 the subject property, except such as referred to in the reserva- <br />1.0 tions hereinafter made in Paragraph FIVE or except for public ` <br />11 service facilities installed pursuant.to an authorization by the <br />12 governing body of the Grantor or the California Public Utilities <br />13 Commission_ <br />14 FOURTH: The Grantor, its successors and assigns shall <br />i <br />15 not further divide the subject property into parcels under separate <br />1 <br />16 ownership by sale, gift, or lease. <br />1.7 FIFTH:- The Grantor on behalf of itself, its successors <br />18 and assigns expressly reserves the following rights and privileges <br />19 with respect to the subject property, to wit: <br />20 1. The right to maintain, relocate or replace existing <br />21 structures and improvements such as are reasonably necessary for <br />22 the continued present use and enjoyment of the subject property by <br />23 the Grantor, its successors and assigns. <br />24 2. All uses, occupancy, ingress and egress to, in and <br />25 upon said subject property, not inconsistent with the restrictions '- <br />-26 specifically enumerated above. <br />27 3.
