The real property of the Grantor has certain open - <br />space character; and <br />The preservation of the land as:open space is <br />consistent with the General Plan of the Grantee; <br />3. The preservation of the land as open space is in the <br />best interests of the Grantor and Grantee; <br />4. Both the Grantor and the Grantee desire to preserve <br />and conserve the present state of use of the subject property of <br />the Grantor for a period of twenty-five (25) years; <br />5. The Grantor, subject to the reservations hereafter <br />Set forth, wishes to grant to the Grantee, the open -space use as <br />aet forth in this indentureof the subject property, and thereby <br />>rotect the present existing open space -by the restricted use and <br />>njoyment of the property by the Grantor- <br />-1- - <br />Exhibit "A" <br />
