<br />WHEREAS, a study has been com-pleted and canclusion drawn thaL traffic
<br />conditions at the said intersection justifies the replacement of the eDcistinfr,
<br />pre -timed traffic signal and iighting system by a modern, traffic -responsive
<br />Lype traffic si_g,nal and a brighter lighting sys-terl 1,)Ius
<br />overhead street name signs for the proper and orderly movement of traffic;
