RESOLUTION NO. 61-80 GRANTING APPROVAL OF OVER- WIDTH CURB CUT FOR DRIVEWAY APPROACH ON HUNTZINGER AVENUE BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to Part "c" of Section 7205, Subsection "C" of the Santa Ana Municipal Code and after study of the improvement plans presented to the Council, it was found that an overwidth driveway approach for the W. J. Voit Rubber Corporation will be in the public interest and approval is hereby granted to construct one driveway approach 66.00 feet wide on Huntzinger Avenue, the Westerly edge of which approach is to be located approximately S90 feet East of the center line of Harbor Boulevard. way 1. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That said proposed 66.00 foot drive- approach is granted upon the following two conditions, to-wit: Said approach is to be reduced to 40 feet in width if the fence on the Voit Rubber Corporation property which divides said pro- posed 66.00 foot approach is removed. That in accordance with the agreement between the City of Santa Ana and Santavoit Corporation, dated July 21, 1958, agreeing to dedicate all vehicular access rights to Harbor Boulevard and Huntzinger Avenue, said vehicular access rights should be dedi- cated to the City of Santa Ana by a deed conveying the same, excepting therefrom the 66.00 foot curb cut for driveway approach approved hereby and excepting the 30 foot curb cut for driveway approach heretofore granted, the Westerly edge of which is to be approximately 688 feet East of the center line of Harbor Boulevard. PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 20th day of March, 1961. ATTEST: OF THE COUNCIL -1-
