RESOLUTION NO. 61-8~ GRANTING VARIANCE AFTER <br />ELIMINATION OF CONDITION 2 ON APPEAL APPLICATION <br />NO. 16 <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Variance Application No. 1455 was approved subject <br />to certain conditions and the City Council appealed said decision <br />to consider Condition No. 2, requiring a 3-foot side yard. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That after consideration the <br />Council finds that there is no necessity for the 3-foot side yard <br />and Condition No. 2 in approval of the Variance is hereby deleted, <br />permitting said building to be constructed to the North property <br />line as shown in the plot plan.
