RESOLUTION NO. 61-90 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, LAURA D. MILLS has presented to the City a deed <br />dated March 7, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property located <br />Southwest of Newhope and Hazard Streets in consideration of the <br />payment of $79,600.00. Said transaction is to be handled through <br />Escrow No. 270071 with the Title Insurance and Trust Company, <br />800 North. Main Street, Santa Aha, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
