RESOLUTION NO. 61-91 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE <br />THE CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ANTON H. SEGERSTROM, NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM (also known <br /> <br />as Nellie Ruth Segerstrom), HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, VERONICA P. SEGER- <br />STROM, HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM, JR., JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM, HENRY T. <br />SEGERSTROM, YVONNE deC. SEGERSTROM, and ANN SEGERSTROM have presented <br />to the City a deed dated March 20, 1961, conveying an easement for <br /> <br />street purposes on Susan Street from Segerstrom Road to Talbert Avenue; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, KENNETH C. PHIPPS and MAXINE L. PHIPPS have presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated March 22, 1961, conveying an easement for <br />street purposes on the North side of Edna'Drive (Twenty-First Street), <br />East of Berrydale Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without a cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
