soil, high ground water level, springs, etc., which condi- <br />tions necessitate precautionary measures. <br />5. MEAD agrees that its rehabilitation of said <br />dwelling shall be accomplished as quickly as practicable, <br />but in any event not later than sixty (60) days after said <br />dwelling has been moved onto said real property or within <br />such additional time as may be approved in writing`by CITY. <br />6. MEAD agrees to provide CITY with a written <br />itemized list of costs of rehabilitation work on said dwell- <br />ing said itemized costs to include the cost of the residen- <br />tial cleanup, lot preparation, house moving, foundation, <br />utility hookups, general rehabilitation, roofing, termite <br />control, carpeting, closing costs, overhead and warranty <br />allowance of and property improvements such as driveways, <br />walkups, patios and fencing. <br />7. CITY shall pay to MEAD for the performance of <br />this agreement a sum representing the total of all items <br />enumerated in paragraph 6 hereinabove, but in any event, <br />such total sum payable shall not exceed Forty-five Thousand <br />Nine Hundred Sixty Dollars ($45,960.00),. Said payment shall <br />be made within thirty five (35) calendar days after issuance <br />of a Certificate of Satisfaction, as described in paragraph <br />8 hereinbelow, or upon close of escrow, whichever is sooner. <br />Said sum shall be paid out of an escrow fund as described in <br />Exhibit A. <br />8. At the conclusion of its rehabilitation work <br />on said dwelling, MEAD shall notify CITY in writing that <br />said work has been accomplished and that the subject prop- <br />erty is available for inspection by CITY. CITY <br />shall make its inspection within seven (7) days after re- <br />ceipt of such notice. <br />At the conclusion of said inspection, CITY, <br />through the Executive Director of CITY'S Community Rede- <br />velopment Agency shall: <br />-3- <br />EXHIBIT B <br />
