ID, <br />so VAQ <br />Agreement No. 99- <br />jig, <br />AWEIENT <br />THIS ACREVENT, made and entered into <br />this <br />—AM-A-, <br />day of <br />1989, <br />bv and between the <br />CITY OF SANT1 <br />a municipal, <br />corporation Q the `'ante of <br />California ("Santa <br />Ana") and the CI"Y <br />OF INDUSTRY. a <br />municipal corporation of the State of California ("Industry"). <br />W-1-T-N-E-S-S-E-T-14 <br />Recitals: <br />A. Santa Ana is currently assigned a certain local government radio <br />frequency, which the City of Industry is desirous of utilizing on as shared <br />banis; and <br />B. Santa Ana currently operates approximately 120 radio unlrR on such <br />f req"ency; and <br />C. Both Cities desire to enter into an Agreement respecting the shared use <br />of such frequency and providing that Industry will assure Santa Ana's continued <br />use of all current and future radio units up to a maximum of 160 such units, fl <br />such frequency without interruption as a result of the shared use of such <br />frequency. <br />WHEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and subject to the terms <br />and conditions hereinafter set forth, the parties hereto do hereby agree as <br />follows: <br />1. From and after the exec"tion of this Agreement, Santa Ana and Industry <br />may each utilize the local government radio frequency currently utilized by <br />Santa Ann. <br />2. It is anticipated that Industry's use OF such frequency will not <br />interfere with Santa Ana's current use thereof. However, in the evpnt that <br />Industry's use of such frequency sloes affect Santa Ana's radio transmissions in <br />-I- <br />
