G. Primary direction will be provided to the Consultant NSA by the City networking staff. However, it is understood that recommendations, deliverables and activities specific to a security assessment of the City's network environment will be the NSA's primary responsibility. H. Consultant represents that it is able and willing to provide such services to the City.
