RESOLUTION NO. 61-98 EXPRESSING APPRECIATION TO <br />STANLEY C. GOULD, JR. FOR HIS SERVICE AS CITY <br />COUNCI~4AN OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, on April 16th, 1957, Stanley C. Gould, Jr. was duly <br />sworn in as a Councilman residing in Ward 3 of the City of Santa Ana, <br />and during the past four years has rendered outstanding service as a <br />Councilman for said City, ever working diligently in arriving at <br />councilmanic decisions in the running of said City and the fixing of <br />policy to govern the administration of said City; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Mr. Gould is now retiring from his position on the <br />City Council of Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby <br />expresses its appreciation to Stanley C. Gould, Jr. for his continuous <br />and diligent work and his cooperation with his fellow Councilmen and <br />expresses appreciation of the citizens of this City for his services <br />to Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That his <br /> <br />order the Mayor to present a KEY TO THE CITY to Stanley C.
