RESOLUTION NO. 61-)) ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SHOSUKE NITTA and TAKA NITTAhave presented to the <br /> <br />City a deed dated March 23, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property <br />known and numbered as 701 North Flower Street, in consideration of <br />the payment of $124,500.00. Said transaction is to be handled through <br /> <br />Escrow No. 390637-JL with the Orange County Title Company, Santa Ana, ~ <br />California. ~ <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOIUED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
