This Contract shall ter-millate fl'u'l-ty <br />(30) (lays after the receipt oftl ic notice. <br />(b) A new C oiaract between Customer and Intergraph is <br />sigilcd into effect for similar service. <br />(c) If either party petitions for reorgaiiization under the <br />Bantu-uptcy Act or is adjudicated as bankrupt, or a <br />receiver is appointed for either party's business, or the <br />Customer falls to pay Inter -rap[ any amotirit when clue <br />hereunder. <br />3.0 ElUERGRAY'll SCOPE OF W01M <br />Soffivare Support <br />3.1 Premium Service <br />Software support will be provided to the Customer dunin11�cy <br />tlic hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday <br />through Friclay, excluding Intel -graph -observed holidays. <br />Software support will 111CILIcle and be limited to the following <br />for all software prodLlCtS listed oil the Quote/Coritract: <br />(a) Unlimited support via I lell) Desk (standard business <br />hours) Or Wet). <br />(b) Twenty-fotir-.home--per-day/seveii-clays-leer-Nveek access <br />to problem Knowledge Base, an on-line self-help tool. <br />(c) The ability to perform Web queries, SUbIllit Updates, and <br />obtain status of service requests 24 hours per clay, 7 days, <br />per week. <br />(d) Soft-warc upgrades. <br />Support services ces are limited to speci tic products, as shown on <br />the QL.10(c/C.oi:iti-actCLijictioiilllg on the appropriate Intcl-gral)h <br />supported operating systeRl. <br />Intergraph will provide upgrades, when made available by <br />Intergraph, for which Preiriluin Service has been purchased. <br />Uponacle(s) refers to subsequetit releases to the software <br />L, <br />l)rOdUCtS covered Under the Contract. <br />1 <br />
