FEES and PAYMENTS Our preliminary estimate of fees is Five Hundred Five Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($505,500.00). The design fee for the bridge assumes spanning to an existing higher level, eliminating the need for elevator and stairs at the end. This scope can be determined later once the discovery of the issues are clearer.
