<br />Mr, Choate is the principal of Choate Parking Consultants and has been exclusively
<br />involved in the planning and design of parking projects for the last nineteen years of his
<br />professional career. He is a registered architect whose parking design experience
<br />includes site selection and analysis, demand studies, functional analysis, performance
<br />document preparation, facility design, project management, parking systems integration
<br />consulting, cost budgeting and operations review.
<br />Experience: Mr. Choate has worked extensively with governmental agencies, educational institutions,
<br />retail and commercial developers in the development of parking solutions for clients. He
<br />has been instrumental in the design of over 500 multi -level parking facilities throughout
<br />California and the nation as an architect and functional designer. He is recognized as one
<br />of the parking industry`s innovative designers creating user-friendly solutions while
<br />maintaining buildable and cost-effective facilities.
<br />Mr. Choate's unique qualifications include. extensive Design/Build experience and being
<br />employed as Vice President of both International Parking Design and Walker Parking
<br />Consultants during nineteen years of his professional development. The design/build
<br />efforts with contractors has allowed him to formulate a more complete design
<br />understanding of this particular building and construction type and the delivery process to
<br />the client
