<br />As Director of Operations with Choate Parking Consultants, Mr. Flint is responsible for
<br />development of parking facility projects as well as directing the technical staff in the
<br />delineation efforts. Mr. Flint's extensive experience as a project architect of multilevel
<br />parking facilities and manager of the design process provides CPC with the design leadership
<br />to meet an owner's needs
<br />Involved in the production of concept, design development and construction drawings for
<br />parking facilities throughout Southern California for the last decade. Developed extensive
<br />knowledge of the specific project type including code analysis, plan review and permit
<br />issuance procedures and construction issues. Previous employment experience includes five
<br />years at International Parking Design and four years at Walker Parking Consultants. 1990-
<br />1999.

<br />working drawings and assured the compliance of building codes for different cities and
<br />agencies. Responsible for the design and documentation of architectural details for
<br />residential and commercial projects. Met with clients for the initial measuring and sketches
