RESOLUTION NO. 61-100 ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br />have presented to the City two deeds dated March 30, 1961, <br /> <br />conveying easements for street purposes on the North side of First /, <br />Street, East of the Santa Aha River, in consideration of the payment <br /> <br />of $2,571.75. Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. <br />45408-F with Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, /'~ <br />Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, COCAr O · ~ has presented <br /> <br />to the City a deed dated April 3, 1961, conveying an easement for street <br />purposes on the South side of Bolsa Avenue, West of Harbor Boulevard, <br />in consideration of the payment of $90.00. Said transaction is to be <br />handled through Escrow No. 45602-F with Security Title Insurance <br />Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, California; and <br /> <br />March 27, 1961, <br />Garnsey Street, <br />of $13,000.00. <br /> <br />46048-F with Security Title Insurance Company, <br />Santa Aha, California; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, ALICE M. TENEYCK has presented to the City a deed dated <br /> conveying a parcel of real property on the East side of <br /> South of Eighth Street, in consideration of the payment <br /> Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. <br /> <br /> 825 North Broadway, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, C~O NEAL SHARP has presented to the City a deed dated <br /> <br />March 28, 1961, conveying a parcel of real property in the Civic Center <br />area, in consideration of the payment of $38,250.00. /Said transac=lon <br /> <br />is to be handled through Escrow No. 46067-C with Security Title <br />Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Aha, california; and /~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, J~?~%U~J~,~%,~.~W has presented to the Cit~~ a deed <br />dated March 29, 1961, conveying a ~arcel of real property in the Civic <br />Center area, in consideration of the payment of $12,400.00 as total <br />consideration for the real property, plus $200.00 for moving expenses. <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow No. 46069-C with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, 825 North Broadway, Santa Ana, <br />California; and <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br /> <br />
