5535935 HOGLE-IRELPHD 743 P02/a2 NRR b9 101 11:46 ',A, ATTACHMENT A This Scope of Work includes all services and activities to be provided by Hogle-Ireland in conjunction with this Contract to which it has been made a part. Activities incorporated within this Scope of Work are supportive of the services generally and customarily provided to the public by a Building and Safety operation. Hogle-Ireland, Inc. staff will provide the services identified within this Scope of Work at the Offices of the City of Santa Ana unless instructed otherwise by the Permit Supervisor or other authorized member of the City staff, The Scope of Work includes providing the following services under the direction of the permit Supervisor: -Answer questions from the public at the public counter and by telephone regarding the submittal of }glans, obtaining permits, submittal costs and permit costs, procedures and similar inquiries. -Review submitted plans for compliance with submittal requirements. -Review plans for completeness, -Accept, log -in, and appropriately register plans submitted to the Building and Safety Section. -Calculate appropriate fees required for plan submittals and for permits. -Conduct research regarding the history of both permits and property, -Issue electrical, mechanical, and plumbing permits, -Perform other related activities as directed by the Permit Supervisor, Services will be performed at the rate of $40, 80 an hour for each hour worked. The hourly rate reflects a 15% discount from Hogle-Ireland Inc.'s published hourly rates. With the exception of business travel required in order to perform the assignments, the hourly rate is inclusive of all casts to the City. Business mileage is charged at the rate of $0.40 per mile or the established City rate, whichever is less. We do not charge for travel time or mileage to or from the City.
