RESOLUTION NO. 61-123 AMENDING SECTION 3 <br />AND SECTION 3.1 OF RF2OLUTION NO. 58-281 <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, on November 3, 1958, the City Council passed and adopted <br />Resolution No. 58-281 revising and establishing the Basic Compensation Plan <br />for employees of the City of Santa An a; and <br /> <br /> WHEREA~, it is now des£red to add two new classes to the list of class <br />titles contained in said Resolution and to allocate them to a salary and wage <br />schedule number and to change the salary of one other class contained in said <br />Resolution. <br /> <br /> NOW~ THEREFORE~ BE IT RESOLVED: That Section $ of Resolution 58-281 <br />is hereby amended by adding to said Section $ in proper alphabetical sequence <br />the following class titles with the salary and wage schedule set opposite them <br /> <br />as next herein set out: <br /> <br /> CLASS TITLE <br /> <br /> Driver Clerk <br /> Com~ercial Representative <br /> <br />27 <br />31 <br /> <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Section 3.1 of Resolution 58-281 is <br />hereby amended by chs~ging the rates for Sports Official--Adult as next herein <br />set out: Sports Official--Adult~ $2.50~ $3.00~ $4.00~ $4.50 per game. <br /> <br /> BE IT Ft~THER RESOLVED: That this amendment shall t~ke effect upon <br /> <br />adoption. <br /> <br /> PA~SED AND AiM~TED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its <br /> <br />regular meeting held on the 15th day of ....
