RESOLUTION NO. 61-13~ ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, PEARL WALL LANG has presented to the City a deed <br /> <br />dated May 25, 1961, conveying an easement for sewer purposes on the <br /> <br />East side of Tustin Avenue, North of First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~_~_~__ND has presented to the City a deed <br />dated May 23, 1961, conveying an easement for ingress and egress to <br />construct, operate and maintain a traffic signal at the Southeast <br />corner of Westminster Avenue and Newhope Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, GARDEN GROVE SCHOQL DISTRICT Q~ ORANGE COUNTY has <br />presented to the City a deed dated May 22, 1961, conveying a parcel <br />of real property West of Andres Place, North of Sugar Avenue; and <br /> <br />and ~EN ~...BANKS have presented to the City a deed dated May 16, <br /> <br /> 1961, conveying vehicular'access rights on the Southeast corner of <br />Bristol Street and cubbOn Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, <br /> <br />tion, has presented to the City a deed dated May 15, 1961, conveying <br />vehicular access rights on Harbor Boulevard and Huntzinger Avenue; <br />and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, SOUTHERN PACIFI~ ~MPANY, a corporation, has presented <br />to the City an indenture dated June 27, 1960, conveying easements for /~$ <br />drainage purposes South of Central Avenue, between Southerly prolonga- <br />tions of Garnsey Street and Birch Street; and <br /> <br />Cb~VE-WALT HOLDING COMPANY. INC., an Indiana corpora- <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration <br />being paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Aha <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, <br />is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds. <br /> <br /> <br />
