RESOLUTION NO. 61-139 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA, ALLOCATING THE SUM OF $10,000.00 <br />FOR THE PURPOSE EXPRESSED IN ARTICLE II OF THE MASTER <br />AGREEMENT WITH THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DIVISION OF <br />HIGHWAYS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, from funds available under Section 2107.5 of the Streets and high- <br />ways Code it has been determined to allocate $10,000.00 for engineering of City <br />Streets during the I961-62 fiscal year: <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That it is determined to allocate the sum <br />of $10,000.00 for engineering costs as set forth under Article II of the Master <br />Agreement between the City of Santa Ana and the State of California Division of <br />Highways, for the fiscal year 196i-62, said sum to be budgeted for work to be <br />done by the City of Santa Aha engineering staff in the Department of Public <br />Works of said City$ said budget proposal is hereby adopted and the Mayor is <br />directed to sign the same for and on behalf of said City, said budget proposal <br />to be binding upon said City, upon its approval by the authorized officials of <br />the State. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPTED by th~ City Council of the City Of Santa Aha at its <br />regular meeting held on the 5th day of Ju~e , 1961. <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> Marion Suttaer <br /> CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />By ~ ~ <br /> ASSISTANT CLERK OF THE COUNCIL <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA) <br />COUNTY OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clerk of the Council of <br />the City of Santa Ana; that the foregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to <br />said Council at its regular meeting held on the ~h day of June , 1961, <br />and was at said meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />NOES, COUNCILMEN: <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />Royal E.
