RESOLUTION NO. 61-141 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITT COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br />ADOPTING AND SU~TTING A BUDGET FCE EXPENDITURE OF FUND~ <br />ALLOCAT~O FR~ THE STATE HIGHWAY MPND TO CITIE~ <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a master agreement has been executed by the City and the State of California <br />on March 17, 1961, for expenditure of funds allocated i~om the State highway fund to <br />cities; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has prepared a project statement showing estimated <br />expenditures of such funds reccm~mended to be made during the 1961-62 Fiscal Year; and, <br /> <br /> ~EREAS, the City Council has heard read said project statement and is familiar <br />with the contents thereof; <br /> <br /> TH~EFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha that said <br />project statement be and it is hereby adopted as the budget of proposed expenditures <br />of the gas tax allocation to cities, said project statement be and the same is hereby <br />approved and the Director of Public Works is directed to sign the same on behalf of <br />said City, and said project statement to be submitted to the Department of Public Works, <br />State of California, in accordance with the provisions of Section 197 of the Streets <br />and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> PASSED AND ADOPT~ hy the City Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular <br />meeting held on the ~th .... day of J~e , 1961. <br /> <br />TTEST: <br /> <br /> Marion Suttner <br /> .... <br /> <br />ASSISTANT CLERK 0~' T~E ~L <br /> <br />STATE OF CALIF(RNIA) <br />COLVNTT OF ORANGE ) SS <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA ) <br /> <br /> I, MARION SU~, do hereby certify that I am the Clark of the Council of the City <br />of Santa Aha; that the faregoing Resolution was regularly introduced to said Council at <br />its regular meeting held on the ~th day of Jume , 1961, and was at said <br />meeting regularly passed and adopted by the following vote, to-wit: <br /> <br />AYES, COUNCII2~EN: <br />NOES, COUNCILM~: <br />ABSENT, COUNCILMEN: <br /> <br />Royal E.
