CITY OF SANTA ANA <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />For projects with bids greater than $750,000 for prime multi-trade construction contracts (including all <br />subcontractors) or over $100,000 for specialty contracts (contracts either limited to a single trade or craft <br />or limited to a singular scope of work), the CONTRACTOR shall adhere to the CITY’S Community <br />Workforce Agreement (CWA). This project is considered a specialty contract. The CWA is a pre-hire <br />collective bargaining agreement, which establishes the labor relations policies and procedures for <br />CONTRACTOR to follow in the crafts persons employed to complete the WORK OF IMPROVEMENT as <br />more fully described in the CWA. The CWA is incorporated by reference in the Construction Contract.
