EXHIBIT 6 <br />ROH -- 04/07/15 <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-015 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />APPROVING AN ADDENDUM TO THE FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT <br />STATEMENT / ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT REPORT NO. 89-01 FOR THE <br />BRISTOL STREET WIDENING PROJECT BETWEEN CIVIC CENTER <br />DRIVE AND WASHINGTON AVENUE (PHASE IIIA) <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1, The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines <br />and declares as follows: <br />A. On November 19, 1990, the City Council approved the Final Environmental <br />Impact Statement / Environmental Impact Report (EIS 89-01) for the <br />widening of a 3.9-mile segment of Bristol Street from Warner Avenue to <br />Memory Lane, hereinafter referred to as the "Project". <br />B. City Council has been asked to approve the commencement of Phase IIIA of <br />the Project, widening Bristol Street from Civic Center Drive to Washington <br />Avenue. Phase IIIA includes minor design modifications to the Project <br />approved in EIS 89-01. <br />C. On April 7, 2015, the City Council of the City of Santa Ana considered the <br />request for approval of the Addendum to the Final Environmental Impact <br />Study / Environmental Impact Report (EIS 89-01). <br />Section 2. The City Council previously approved and adopted Final <br />Environmental Impact Study / Environmental Impact Report (EIS 89-01). In accordance <br />with the California Environmental Quality Act ("CEQA"), an Addendum to EIS 89-01 was <br />prepared for Phase IIIA of the Bristol Street Widening Project. A true and correct copy <br />of the Addendum is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by <br />reference. The City Council reviewed the information contained in the Addendum, <br />which includes reference materials, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference, <br />and as a result of its consideration and the evidence presented at the hearings on this <br />matter, determined that, as required pursuant to CEQA and the State CEQA Guidelines, <br />the Addendum adequately addresses the expected environmental impacts of this <br />Project. Based upon the studies, the City Council determines that there are no new <br />significant impacts or any increases in the severity of the impacts previously identified in <br />the original FEIS/EIR. <br />Section 3. The City Council hereby certifies and approves the Addendum to <br />EIR 89-01, and directs that any necessary Notice of Determination be prepared and <br />filed with the County Clerk of the County of Orange in the matter required by Law. <br />Resolution No, 2015-015 <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />
