Development standards are proposed to establish wide
sidewalks along all street frontages, pedestrian pathways with opportunities for outdoor
dining, landscape buffers between the sidewalks and street, bike lanes, and landscape
medians. The site would be developed as 21 blocks; multiple roadways designed to
create a grid pattern found in contemporary, mixed -use villages as a means of creating
more walkable, pedestrian -scaled communities would bisect the site. Onsite roadways
would also be designed with similar principles, with sidewalks, landscape buffers, on -
street parking, and vehicle travel lanes.
