RESOLUTION NO. 61-15h ACCEPTING DEEDS WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING NO CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ~__~_Y~ LEWIS----------and LOUISE LEWIS have presented to the City <br /> <br />a deed dated June 9, 1961, conveying an easement ~or street purposes /~ <br />on the West side of Newhope Street, North of Bolsa Avenue; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, JOHN .... ALEBA~_._~and LORENE ALEBA have presented to the /~ ~' <br />City a deed dated February 15, 1961, conveying portions of the Northeast <br /> <br />corner of Bishop Street and Shelton Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, ALBERT BRUNING and BLANCHE BRUNING have presented to <br /> <br />the City a deed dated June 14, 1961, conveying a parcel of land on /~ <br />King Street, North of First Street; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, all of said deeds are without cash consideration being <br />paid to said grantors by the City. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deeds and Carl J.
