RESOLUTION NO. 61-155 - AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF QUITCLAIM DEEDS BY THE CITY OF SANTA ANA WHEREAS, by deed recorded January 6, 1960, the owners of certain property located in Tract No. 3775 granted an easement for drainage purposes to the City of Santa Ana, and said deed provided, among other things, that at such time when Cooper Street as shown for Tract No. 2033 was extended Southerly the City would relinquish its rights to the hereinabove mentioned easement; and it has been deter- mined that said Cooper Street has now been extended Southerly; and WHEREAS, ~_~QRGE W. BOXBERGER and BEVERLY J. BOXBERGER have presented to the City a deed granting a parcel of real property located on proposed Fairview Street, West of Tenth Street, and the consideration for said conveyance in accordance with Escrow No. 46268-C with the Security Title Insurance Company was a sum of money and a quitclaim deed to an adjoining parcel of real property; and WHEREAS, AMOS HUAU£ZINGER and DELILAH HUNTZINGER have purchased from the City a parcel of real property located on the Northeast corner of Harvard and Fairview Streets; and WHEREAS, ALBERT BRUNING and BLANCHE BRUNING have heretofore conveyed a parcel of real property for proposed Fairview Street, North of First Street, and the description of said property in the conveyance was in error, and it has been determined that a new conveyance correctly describing said property has ~een made to the City. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are hereby directed to execute two quitclaim deeds, one to S. V. HUNSAKERL ~., quitclaiming the drainage easement on Lots 21, 24, 27 and 30 of Tract No. 3775, and to deliver the same to said owner; and one to RANDALE FIVE INC~. A Corporation, quitclaiming the drainage easement on Lots 20, 22, 23, 25, 26, 28 and 29 of Tract No. 3775, and to deliver the same to said owner. -1-
