shall by mutual agreement with LICENSOR, remove said equipment <br />or repair LICENSORS system. <br />E. LICENSEE and LICENSOR agree that all <br />costs of installation, operation, maintenance and removal of <br />said equipment shall be borne by LICENSEE and that all of <br />said equipment shall be owned, operated and controlled by <br />LICENSEE and not be deemed a fixture. <br />F. LICENSEE agrees that it shall not make <br />additions, deletions, alteration or modifications to the <br />subject premises by use of said equipment without the <br />express written approval therefore by LICENSOR. <br />G.
