RIGHT OF WAY CERTIFICATION <br />The City of Santa Ana hereby certifies in connection with the <br />right-of-way for AHFP Project No. 1255, Flower Street Improvements <br />from Santa Ana Boulevard to Civic Center Drive, that: <br />1. All work is within existing right-of-way and no addi- <br />tional right-of-way is necessary. <br />2.
