D92-047 WITH THE <br />CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR THORNTON "BARRIER FREE" PARK: Environmental <br />Management Agency requests approval of an agreement for financial <br />assistance for the preparation of plans and specifications, and <br />construction of Phase I improvements of basketball court and play <br />equipment area at Thornton "Barrier Free" Park, <br />MOTION: On motion by Supervisor Vasquez, seconded by Supervisor Riley, <br />the Board authorized execution of Urban Parks Program Funding Assistance <br />Agreement No. D92-047 with the City of Santa Ana.
