RESOLUTION NO. 61-166 ACCEPTING DEED WHERE THE <br />CITY IS PAYING A CASH CONSIDERATION <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, B. B. MASON and OLIVE M. MASON have presented to the <br /> <br />City a deed dated April 12, 1961, granting the.East 43 feet of <br /> <br />Lots 10, 11 and 12 in Block B of Chilton Tract Addition to Santa Ana, <br />as shown on map recorded in Book 34, Page 93 of Miscellaneous Records <br />of Los Angeles Cotuaty, in consideration of the payment of $11,200.00. <br />Said transaction is to be handled through Escrow Number 46123-E with <br />Security Title Insurance Company, Santa Ana, California. <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana <br />accepts said deed and Carl J.
