1 IV, Add the following paragraph 34 to said Development Agreement: <br />2 34. CITY and COUNTY agree, pursuant to paragraph 25 of this <br />Development Agreement, that the monthly parking fee to CITY and COUNTY <br />3 for "contractor parking" shall be Twenty Dollars ($20,00) effective <br />retroactively beginning June 1, 1994. Contractor parking is defined as <br />4 follows: <br />5 A. Parking provided by CITY in the Site 1 parking structure for <br />contractors and construction workers when such contractors and <br />6 construction workers are working on construction of the police <br />facility. <br />7 <br />B. Parking provided by COUNTY in the Site 1 parking structure <br />8 or the "Super Block" parking facility (one of the "existing pay <br />parking facilities" referenced in paragraph 18 of this <br />9 Development Agreement) for contractors and Construction workers <br />when such contractors and construction workers are working on <br />10 construction of the proposed courthouse office building. <br />11 V. Add the following paragraph 35 to said Development Agreement: <br />12 35. CITY shall be entitled to free and exclusive use of the Plaza o-f <br />the Flags subterranean parking area shown on Exhibit E, attached <br />13 hereto. CITY's entitlement to such use shall terminate at the time <br />that CITY completes construction or begins occupancy of the police <br />14 facility, whichever occurs first. Such use shall be restricted to <br />parking of official police vehicles. CITY may improve said parking <br />15 area with fencing, gates and other devices for security purposes. Upon <br />termination of such use CITY shall remove all such improvements and <br />16 restore said parking area to the same or better condition than that it <br />was in prior to CITY occupancy. <br />17 <br />VI. Add the attached Exhibit E to said Development Agreement. <br />18 <br />VII.
