Hunter, Milford W. Dahl, <br /> Courtney R. C~andler. <br />Absent: Trustees None <br /> <br />Each member of the City Council having received copies of <br />the Minutes of February 16, 19.53, reading of the Minutes <br />was dispensed with and approved on motion of Trustee Jerome, <br />seconded by McBride and carried. <br /> <br />In Re The Mayor announced that the hour of 7:30 olclock P.M. ~as'arrived am <br />Hearing <br />Assess .Dist. 195 t~s is the time and place fixed by Resolution No. 53-? by the City <br /> <br />Council for the hearing on the Report which was ordered by Resolution <br /> <br />No. 53-6 concerning certain street work in Anahurst Place and other <br /> <br />streets in the City of Santa Ana, known as Assessment District <br /> <br />In Re <br />Affidavit of Mailing <br />Assess. Dist. 195 <br /> <br />No. 195. <br /> <br />The Clerk presented affidavit of mailing notices of said hearing, <br />which affidavit was executed January 26, 1953. On motion of Trustee <br /> <br />Dahl, seconded by Jerome and carried, the affidavit was approved and <br /> <br />In Re <br />Reading of Report <br />Assess. Dist. 195 <br /> <br />ordered filed. <br /># <br /> <br />The Mayor announced that the City Engineer, who prepared the Report <br /> <br />ordered by Resolution No. 53-6.will read ail of said report, excep~ <br /> <br />as to the map of the proposed Assessment district and the assessed <br /> <br />valuations and true valuations of and assessments and estimated <br /> <br />assessments upon each parcel of land in the proposed assessment <br /> <br /> <br />
