GREEMENT <br />REVENUE SHARING AGREEMENT <br />THIS. AGREEMENT made and entered into thiq, day o= <br />197-�4, by and between the CITY OF SAU4TA ANA, a chartered municipal <br />corporation, hereinafter referred to as "CITY" and the COUNTY Of <br />ORANGE, a division of the.State of California, hereinafter refer- <br />red to as "COUNTY", <br />IT I T N E-S S E T-H <br />L•MEREAS, COUNTY has agreed to share some of its.general revenue <br />sharing funds with cities, service areas and Park and Recreation <br />Districts; and <br />WHEREAS, the CITE' has requested that one of these revenue sharing <br />andmatching fund projects be the development of additional re- <br />creational facilities for Roosevelt School.and that the funds <br />shall be used to purchase and install playground equipment, benches, <br />tables, irrigation system and turfing and the resurfacing of an <br />all purpose court; and <br />_.- 1qI3ER$AS.,,n Roosevelt School is a recreational facility serving <br />..tea 1/3 mile,x.adius in the central area of.Santa Ana, with an <br />approximate population of twenty nine hundred people; and <br />WHEREAS, C TY has adopted the General Plan Program of the City, <br />- sae 1-6,-technical workbook 4 Facilities Plans/Implementations <br />
