Streets, in the approximately western one-third (1/:3) portion <br />of Birch Park, i n the City of Santa Ana, California, as <br />shown on the map which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and <br />-incorporated herein and made; a part hereof by this reference <br />as though fully set forth. In addition thereto, CITY agrees <br />to provide parking for said Senior Citizens Service Center, <br />on the site formerly indicated for said Center in the May <br />28, 1974, agreement which site is located on the northerly <br />side of Third Street between -Ross and Birch Streets in -the <br />City of Santa Ana as designated on Exhibit "A" herein, except <br />for a portion of said parking site which, at some future time, <br />may possibly be used for street purposes by -the City of Santa <br />Ana extending Fourth Street to interconnect with Third Street. <br />The Parties hereto agree that.the cost of acquisition, <br />development, construction, and operation of the Senior <br />Citizens Service Canter, and the parking site for said Senior <br />Citizens Service Center, for social and park services use <br />regarding the project site described in Paragraph I above, <br />shall be divided between the CITY and the Cowry, and the CITY <br />shall pay Six }Hundred Sixty Eight Thousand Four Hundred <br />($668,400,00) Dollars, and the COUNTY shall pay not more <br />than Four Hundred Ninety Thousand ($490,000e00) Collars <br />3 <br />
